Terms of Service

By accessing and using A+ Axiom — including the AI Education Operating System, API Consumer portal, and Org Workspace — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all user types:

• School administrators, teachers, students, and parents using the AI Education Operating System
• Organisations and developers accessing the platform via API Consumer accounts
• Institutional partners using the Org Workspace portal
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You will not use the service for illegal purposes

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

A+ Axiom provides an AI Education Operating System with 130 integrated modules, including:

• AI Education Operating System — admissions, attendance, assessments, timetabling, fees, payroll, learning hub, AI analytics, video conferencing, and more across 21 user roles
• API Consumer Access — external REST API for approved third-party integrations, rate-limited per subscription tier (500–200,000 calls/month)
• Org Workspace — dedicated workspace portal for institutional partners and registered organisations
• Support for Ghana Education Service (GES) and Oxford International Curriculum (OIC)

This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.

Subscription plans are priced per enrolled student, and the current prices are published at aplusaxiom.com/pricing. Payment terms:

• Plans: a free trial, Essentials and Professional (a rate per enrolled student, with a minimum charge per billing period), and Enterprise (a custom quote). The rate for each student falls as your school grows.
• Schools in Ghana are priced in Ghana cedis and billed per term, with a discount for paying the year upfront. Schools elsewhere are priced in US dollars and billed annually, in two halves, or monthly by card at a higher rate. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis — email our support team within 14 days of a charge. Refunds are not issued for partial or already-used billing periods.
• AI credits, SMS/email communication packages, and add-on modules are billed separately and are non-refundable once consumed
• Late payments may result in service suspension

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

If you hold an API Consumer or Org Workspace account, you additionally agree to:

• Only integrate with systems you own or have explicit permission to connect
• Not use the API to scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute A+ Axiom data without written permission
• Respect rate limits assigned to your subscription tier
• Not resell raw API access to third parties
• Org Workspace registrations are subject to approval — we may decline or revoke access for any workspace found to be in breach of these terms
• Immediately report any security vulnerabilities discovered through API usage

As a user of A+ Axiom, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise security
• Not upload malicious software or harmful content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report any security vulnerabilities immediately

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content and materials on A+ Axiom are protected:

• A+ Axiom owns all platform code, design, and features
• School-generated content remains the property of the school
• You grant us a license to host and process your data
• Trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property
• Unauthorized use of our IP is strictly prohibited

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for data loss (maintain your own backups)
• Third-party integrations are provided without warranty
• We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes
• AI features may contain inaccuracies

Use of the service is at your own risk.

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• Force majeure events excuse performance obligations

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Terms regarding account termination:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts for terms violations
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• We reserve the right to modify these terms
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via email

Termination does not waive obligations incurred before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which A+ Axiom operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of A+ Axiom shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
