A+ Axiom is an early-stage EdTech platform that went from zero to 130 modules in 10 months. We are looking for people who want to build something that genuinely matters, starting in Ghana.
A+ Axiom is built by A+ Softek IT Consult, a company founded by Samson Boateng, Valedictorian and Best Male Graduate of GCTU's FOCIS & IT Department. The platform was built entirely solo between December 2025 and September 2026.
Our current team is 3 people. We are an early-stage startup actively preparing to scale. The platform is already in production, piloted at Hope of Glory Montessori in Accra.
If you join us now, you are not joining a large corporation. You are joining the founding chapter of what we believe will become the standard AI Education Operating System for Ghanaian schools; school management is one of seven products under that roof, alongside Code Academy, ExamVault, Tutor Studio, and more.

We're pre-revenue and self-funded right now, so these are early, equity-heavy roles rather than funded full-time positions, think founding team, not corporate hire. All roles are Accra-based or remote. If that excites you more than it worries you, reach out and let's talk.
Build and extend features on a Next.js 14 + Prisma + PostgreSQL (Neon) stack. Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture is a strong plus.
Own the visual quality of dashboards, public pages, and components. Tailwind + Radix UI + Framer Motion stack. High taste required.
Extend our AI layer: predictive analytics, RAG-powered textbook AI, grading assist, and AI tutor systems built on Claude.
Help Ghanaian schools transition from legacy systems to A+ Axiom. You will train staff, run pilots, and ensure the school community thrives on the platform.
Identify and close deals with school proprietors, chains, and education networks. Strong understanding of how Ghanaian private schools operate is required.
Create clear, comprehensive documentation for platform modules, API endpoints, and school onboarding guides.
